if you try to rename a linked folder, it will create a new folder in the workspace.  My expectation is that it would rename the linked folder but not change any names in the actual linked data.

The new folder links to the original folder's location, so you'll see the same data underneath both of them.

Verified. The move request is going to the file servlet rather than the workspace servlet.

Turns out I hadn't implemented project move/rename/copy at all. These are all now implemented. Tests in WorkspaceServiceTest.
