- I cloned the orion client repo from eclipse.org
- I tried to do a git-log from the "static" directory of org.eclipse.orion.client.core
- I get a timeout error and the page is empty

(however the console log shows me that there is data coming from the server, so this is not bug 344038).

The timeouts do not always happen, I've seen 2 in about 15 tries.  I'm trying to get a screen snap of the console when this happens, because several errors follow the timeout.

This is a known issue. Git log fetches the entire history, which in a large project like the Orion client takes a long time. I believe Szymon is working on paging the results to make it faster. Szymon is there a bug for this already?
