Update the download info to move Tomcat 5.5 to the current 5.5.33 and Tomcat 6.0 to the current 6.0.32.  Also add download info for Tomcat 7.0.12.

Changes pushed to HEAD for WTP 3.3.  It may be appropriate to later reopen this bug to pick up a newer version should an important security issue be discovered in one of these current releases.
