Maybe something is wrong with the comparator? It seems we tried to fix this already two times, see bug 343868.

This is a different feature which includes the org.eclipse.equinox.core feature.  I think it needs tagged because one of its included features got tagged and updated its qualifier.  At any rate, I tagged the feature for the next build.
