When using the automatic remote launcher, I no longer see the Remote Shell entry in the debug view.

I might have messed that up when I removed the entry for the inferior in Bug 338136

Fix

In Bug 338136 I code things so that we would only show the gdb process in the Debug view.  That prevents the Remote Shell from being shown.  (I had done that to make it easier to go back to showing the inferior.)  The better solution is to not show the inferior but show everything else.

This patch does this.
