Our server features don't include appropriate license information. They should just refer to the org.eclipse.license feature, but we need to make sure this is available at build time.

Turns out PDE/Build will automatically fetch the license feature for you, all we need is to put an entry in the map file.

I have updated the feature.xml files to use a license feature and I also fixed descriptions and copyrights.

This should be in N20110503, will verify tomorrow before marking fixed.
