patch to add the missing fragments

the current p2.core.feature is missing the security fragments fro mac and win32/64.  The attached patch adds them.  Anyone see a problem with adding these? without them you get stack traces on startup on p2-based systems.

Why does this need to go in the IP log?  AFAIK I'm still a committer ;-)
