I'm seeing lots of these errors when clicking around in the Navigator. It is because gitClient.js does this (line 488):

				dojo.xhrGet({
					url : remoteJsonData.Children[0].Location,


If the item has no children (for example a file), then remoteJsonData.Children[0] is undefined.
