I hashed the licenses (with md5) to check that they are all identical.
These two don't correspond to the canonical license file (the hash should be A00D6F9AB542BE7BABC2D8B80D5D2A4C) :

Fixed in revision 575 : I replaced the licenses by the latest version (february 2011).

In [1] we can read that all EMF Facet features use the right license and EMF
Facet is not referred by [2]
