Build Identifier: eclipse 3.5 galileo

Hi,

I am trying to install force.com IDE / plugin (sandbox) to eclipse version 3.5 galileo.
The update site I am using is "http://www.adnsandbox.com/tools/ide/install/"
and the info is given on the salesforce website "http://wiki.developerforce.com/index.php/Force.com_IDE_Installation_for_Eclipse_3.5"
This is my case ID with salesforce 05207794.
I have been informed by salesforce support team that there is no issue from their side and I need to log a ticket with eclipse.
I have tried the same with other versions of eclipse such as helios.

Regards
Pranay

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install new software.
2. Enter the URL http://www.adnsandbox.com/tools/ide/install/
3. I get, there are no categories.

There is no problem with Eclipse. I am able to see the repository and the categories fine.

You are probably facing the 'common problem' as mentioned here http://wiki.developerforce.com/index.php/Force.com_IDE_Installation_for_Eclipse_3.5#Solutions_to_Common_Problems Mostly likely cause would be slow internet connection and/or the proxy server and firewall settings.
