The content assist should be pulled out and made generic. It should be possible to supply a list of keywords to be used for completion and a regex describing what files they apply to.

Since content assist is used in the minimaleditor scenario, it needs to be customizable without being forced to pull in the service registry.

This is in M7. The service provider type is "IContentAssistService".
