This bug is the root bug for the functionality we want to add to the
EclipseLink ORM.XML schema for our 2.3 release. For each bug, the associated annotations for that functionality must also be implemented (unless
otherwise stated)

Test: N/A, schema change only. With new schema full regression test suite and extended jpa test suite all pass successfully.
