I downloaded the latest IBuild (eclipse-SDK-I20110421-1800-win32.zip) and noticed that the p2 sources are missing:

irbull@es-victoria:~/temp/target/eclipse/plugins$ ls | grep p2 | grep source
org.eclipse.equinox.p2.ui.importexport.source_1.0.0.v20110419-0147.jar
org.eclipse.equinox.p2.updatesite.source_1.0.300.v20110404-2011.jar

(well, for all but two bundles).

You'll likely bounce this bug right back at me, but I thought I would start here since the releng team has a better understanding of how all this works ;).

This is due to the reorganization of the p2 user ui feature in March, see bug 343266.
