Image a presentation that we regularly deliver for new committers.

Presentation should provide an overview of the Eclipse Development process, tour of the Eclipse Developer Portal, discussion of the Eclipse IP Process with walkthrough of the IP Due Diligence process, etc.

I envision delivering this monthly via Skype. We should further maintain a recorded copy.

I believe that we can declare the bootcamp created. I'm not sure if we can reasonably declare it "established".

We delivered the bootcamp at EclipseCon Europe 2013 and have submitted a proposal to run it at EclipseCon NA 2014.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

The bootcamp has been delivered multiple times. The material has been condensed into a New Committer Orientation session.

I think that we can declare this complete. It's probably time to revamp and update it, but I'll use another bug to track that.
