The extension point entry that is adding JPQL content support to eclipselink-orm.xml was added to the wrong plug-in's plugin.xml. It was added to the JptJpaUI plug-in and it should be added to the JpaJpaEclipseLinkUI.

Moved EclipseLink extension point for JPQL content assist support to EclipseLink JPA UI plugin.xml, from Core JPA UI plugin.xml.
