Enhancement implemented. Please verify.

The drop down list presentation kicks in if the number of possible types is more than three. The hint for selecting between presentation styles is called "style" and has values "checkbox", "radio.buttons" and "drop.down.list". The sdef editor will help with writing this hint.

Added content to the 0.3 release what's new document.
