When using linked source-folders in a CDT-C-Project, the option "Generate Makefiles automatically" doesn´t work. But it works with the copied files.

Message:
"**** Build of configuration Default for project HelloCDT_Makefile ****
make all
src/subdir.mk:23: *** target pattern contains no `%'. Stop.
"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create empty makefile project
2.link to src-folder "C/C++-General / Paths and Symbols / Source Location / Link Folder..."
3.Build All (with generation of makefile)
