If no update sites sites are available with the necessary UIs, an information dialog is displayed that when dismissed closes the wizard.

It may also be interesting to have a link to the Available Sites preference page as in the Install Software wizard.

good suggestion, Matt

won't close the export wizard if the export operation is cancelled by user,

format the text of error dialog, add a hyperlink to open the preference page 'Available software site',

allow user to retry if some software can't be found from remote repositories.
