1. Minimize the 'Outline' view.
2. Window > Open Perspective > Debug
3. Minimize the 'Outline' view.

> PartRenderingEngine patch v1

Patch released to CVS HEAD. The fix is to ask the parent composite to perform a layout when one of its child elements visibility state has changed to 'true'.
Comment 3 Remy Suen CLA 2011-04-26 10:54:13 EDT
Not fixed on I20110426-0200.
Comment 4 Remy Suen CLA 2011-04-26 12:02:02 EDT
Changing the TBR state of trim bars to false doesn't seem to force a layout either.
Comment 5 Remy Suen CLA 2011-04-27 08:10:16 EDT
Released an additional fix to HEAD.
Comment 6 Remy Suen CLA 2011-04-28 07:51:48 EDT
Verified with I20110428-0200 on Windows XP.
