I need a reference to Git Tag Location on the Git Log page. The best we can do for now is to add Tag Location to Commit objects.

Fixed with http://git.eclipse.org/c/e4/org.eclipse.orion.server.git/commit/?id=63e276897597c2d6ecf90d3b4adc124c25124acf. You can now do PUT on a given commit URI with "Name" : {tagName} to tag the commit.
