- The dialog settings of groups are not keep and restored from an execution to annother.

Involved classes are the followings:
 * org.eclipse.sphinx.xtendxpand.ui.groups.ExtensionGroup
 * org.eclipse.sphinx.xtendxpand.ui.groups.OutletsGroup

- Change also the check configuration page title: currently the title is already "Code Generation"... 

- The enable button in Check configuration page should be disable at first execution time (initialization).

Reproducible: Always
