Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project with Entity artifact.
2. Add any annotation for the Entity artifact.
3. Remove Entity artifact.
4. Add another Entity artifact with the same name.
5. Open Annotation Property

Result - annotation for deleted artifact is displayed
