The Xerces-C 3.6 used throughout the project is not officially supported with a 64-bit Windows build.

In addition the custom built xerces library which has been used for distributions is no longer available from the previous maintainers.

Starting with windows-emt64 all supported platforms should use this new version of xerces.

This will allow the build scripts to be successfully executed at other build locations.

This should of course read Xerces-C 2.6

Klaus, can you please upload the binary distribution to the build environment and adapt the scripts accoordingly for the remaining three architectures?
