Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create 2 Tigerstripe projects (p1, p2).
2. Create Entity1 in project p1.
3. Add references to project p1 in project p2.
4. Create Entity2 in project p2 and Association2 between p1.Entity1 and
p2.Entity2

When Association is created, it is displayed with error:
Illegal Association navigability across projects: 'com.mycompany.A2'.

Closed as not a bug. When you create an association you can't navigate from referenced project/dependency and there are special validator for this.
