In the recent shuffle in the publisher it seems that the class AdviceFileAdvice was moved to (or left in) the publisher.eclipse package.  This class does not have anything to do with Eclipse things and is the key element to processing p2.inf files.

I'm not sure if we should/can move it at this point but we should consider the options.

AdviceFileParser would be the same.

AdviceFileAdvice had been in the p2.publisher.eclipse package, so it was moved to the new bundle. This is now fixed: it is in the p2.publisher bundle (and also in the p2.publisher package).
