Two new (non-functional) Dali feature have been added to allow for easier patching and p2 management of the existing Dali "common" plugins.

Feature to add are:

org.eclipse.jpt.common.feature
org.eclipse.jpt.common.eclipselink.feature

Patch is forthcoming.

Patch applied to HEAD.

Yes...bug 343271 addresses this.  We will also attach a patch for the Reporting package.
