Description Benjamin Muskalla CLA 2011-04-18 19:18:39 EDT
We need to restore the editors upon task actication for model-related artifacts.
Comment 1 Steffen Pingel CLA 2011-07-14 20:53:52 EDT
Does this not already work through the standard mechanism provided in the context framework?
Comment 2 Miles Parker CLA 2011-07-14 21:24:14 EDT
I would think so -- it looks like ResourceContext should handle that. I'm testing that now in conjunction with other bits.
Comment 3 Miles Parker CLA 2011-07-21 18:43:29 EDT
Yes, as Steffan says this works through resources. However, I'm not quite sure how this will work when we have multiple editors against the same model type. Not very common, but possible, scenario. I just tested it with other resource types and it seems to work fine, though I'm not sure how. That is, I opened a plugin.xml in both a text editor and an xml editor, and both editors were restored. I'm going to play around with this one a bit -- perhaps a unit test -- to make sure it works before resolving it.
Comment 4 Miles Parker CLA 2011-08-17 20:49:48 EDT
I think the resources concern is no longer relevant. Marking as complete.
