Here is the initial contribution for the EMF/Mylyn bridge.

I wrote 100% of the code in my name; 
I own the right to contribute the code to Eclipse and 
the file header contains the EPL License header

I have removed the iplog+ flag from the attachment since the code contribution was removed from Git (see bug 360146).
