Currently we use "WLConfig, WLServer, and WLDeploy" ant tasks for our JPA on WebLogic server testing, but all of the wlconfig mbean access will be removed in some new version of wls, and we'd better to use WLST command instead of it.

Verified by running JPA tests on WLS 10.3.4 and Oracle 11.1.0.7 DB
