I am not sure what caused this to suddenly start happening. I have a workspace that I rarely use (but when I need it, I NEED it!) All of a sudden, I cannot open the projects I have in that workspace. Eclipse pops up a pair of errors and hangs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start eclipse using the specific workspace
2. attempt to open the closed project
3.

I guess I didn't notice that these errors ALSO occur just on startup alone (I just was clicking 'open project' faster than the build could attempt to start/complete). HOWEVER - on startup, these errors do NOT CRASH Eclipse. Eclipse ONLY crashes when attempting to open the project.

I assume you meant 3.6.1.

The NPE is caused by a JBoss feature/plug-in that is installed. Please report your bug there.

If you install a clean Eclipse SDK from here:
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.6.2-201102101200/index.php

You should at least be able to open the project but of course all additional JBoss features will be missing.
