Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start eclipse SDK.
2.Click help.
3.There wont be the menu item "About Eclipse SDK".
It is a very important part of Eclipse in other platforms. If it is not
a bug but just the specification it is highly recommended to add this feature.

On OS-X it is part of the Eclipse-Menu entry like the Preferences
