[ActivityDiagram] When user resize an expansion region above the expansion node, the expansion node is displayed "IN" the expansion region and cannot be reached anymore.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create an expansion region
2.Add an expansion node at the bottom of this region
3.Resize the expansion region over the expansion node

This bugs is no more reproductible in v0.10.0. Bug closed as fixed.
