After inroducing the threadless life cycle (bug bug 341763) we should ensure that the session shutdown also works for this life cycle (i.e. no memory leaks occurs, etc)

The ISessionShutdownAdapter is used to cleanup on session shutdown. Display (if any) is disposed.
