I'm not sure this is that unintuitive: why would entering a view back into the main window be any different than taking it out? Two different behaviours for removing/re-adding would be confusing IMO. Also this isn't a bug in SWT, this is a workbench issue. I'm going to close this as INVALID, if you wish to pursue the issue further please file a bug against Platform UI. |
