This happens everytime I checkout a large (1GB+) using the built in SVN.

I am using a Mac Book Pro, 10.6.7.
ZendtStudio 8.0.0

This is the SVN Kit issue. It is fixed in the SVN Kit 1.3.5 version which is included into the latest Subversive distribution.
