Thus the org.eclipse.equinox.frameworkadmin.source bundle isn't included in the SDK.  This causes the Jacoco report generation task to fail because there isn't a source bundle to analyze.  I'll attach a patch.

Kim, the patch includes the following contents:
  bin.includes =\
epl-v10.html,\
eclipse_update_120.jpg,\
feature.xml,\
feature.properties,\
license.html

which refer to files which aren't part of the project. Is this correct and these files will be generated during the build?
