The following message results when submitting to the live IPZilla instance:

sendmail: fatal: genie(8306): No recipient addresses found in message header
postdrop: warning: stdin: unexpected EOF in data, record type 78 length 77
postdrop: fatal: uid=8306: malformed input
There was an error sending mail from 'emo-ip-team'
   to '':error when closing pipe to /usr/lib/sendmail: 
   
My read is that IPZilla encounters a problem when it tries to send the mail notification. This doesn't occur in the test instance because no mails are sent.

For some reason, the assigned-to field does't seem to be getting set properly.
