I created the following new projects in CVS

http://dev.eclipse.org/viewsvn/viewvc.cgi/org.eclipse.equinox/components/bundles/org.eclipse.equinox.region.tests/?root=RT_Project

We seem to be able to access org.eclipse.equinox.region.tests with pserver just fine, but org.eclipse.equinox.region is not able to be accessed with pserver.  Normally I would just blame the pserver sync lag for this but it has been several hours with no change.  Also I released org.eclipse.equinox.region in BEFORE I released org.eclipse.equinox.region.tests but we CAN access  org.eclipse.equinox.region.tests with pserver just fine.  Perhaps there is some permissions issue here (although I could not find anything wrong on the server.)

This morning things look fine.  I can see org.eclipse.equinox.region project with CVS.
