org.eclipse.equinox.p2.touchpoint.eclipse,2.1.0.v20110228 
 The class org/eclipse/equinox/internal/p2/touchpoint/eclipse/actions/RepositoryAction.class is different.

org.eclipse.equinox.p2.ui.discovery,1.0.0.v20100920
 The class org/eclipse/equinox/internal/p2/ui/discovery/util/TextSearchControl.class is different.


It is likely that something these bundles depend on changed resulting in different class files.

org.eclipse.equinox.p2.jarprocessor,1.0.200.v20100920
Should also be tagged, this only has a different in the "Ant-Version" manifest header which is not a real problem, however this can hide real problems since the comparator stops on the first difference.
