Use progress service for Git Fetch

The progress service is now used by Git Fetch command.

It works nice with repositories that do not require credentials, like http://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/e4/org.eclipse.orion.client.git
Now I need to handle Git repos cloned over ssh.
