Steps to Reproduce:
Launch eclipse using -dir RTL attribute

1. Open a new connection 
2. Launch shell for the remote system

Result: Remote Shell view is RTL oriented.
Expected result: Remote shell view should be LTR

Proposed Patch

Please find a proposed fix which forces the LTR orientation for the command shell window.

Okay, I assume then that, for BIDI, shells should always be LTR.  Could you add a legal disclaimer for the patch?  Does the patch need to be backported to older releases?
