'Open Declared Type' does not pop up on a variant with CJK Extension B, 
when I move my mouse cursor over a variant with CJK Extension B, 
while I am pressing the [Ctrl] Key.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Java project
2. Import an attachment 'BugXXXXXX.java' in your Java project. 
3. Move your mouse cursor over variants and methods following the comments.
4. Context menus does not pop up when the names have CJK Extension B.
