This bug is to cover forward porting the fix to bug 342675 to Virgo 3.0.

Patch for fix.

Replaced all instances of org.eclipse.virgo.server.repository with org.eclipse.virgo.apps.repository in the description of the hosted repository server context path in the user guide.

Thanks for the patch Joel. For the Eclipse IP process, please would you confirm that you wrote 100% of the patch (!) and you have the rights to contribute the patch (e.g. your employer's consent if you need it).
