When going to Help > Check for Updates or Help > Install New Software, no window for the update/new soft appears, nothing happens. Error log displays this stack trace:

It looks like some versions of the plugins are misaligned. Did you do an update or is this just a download that you did?

Yup, I noticed this a bit after doing an update.
