The documentation on the wiki for Photran 7 is out of date.  The online help needs to be regenerated as well.

- Installation instructions need to be updated
- New features in Photran 7 need to be added
- Ruler/folding options need to be fixed

Matthew Ford updated the wiki to include new feature descriptions and to fix errors.  Installation instructions still need to be updated, including a description of the epp-parallel package.

This was fixed before the 7.0 release, but this bug was left open by mistake.
