The majority of the compare editor is done.
But  I need to figure out a way  to add the save action that is away from the compare actions.

all the editor common actions from the editor :
undo , redo and save will be rendered on the left side of the tool bar.
bug 341274 mentioned that the commands can be rendered in two groups.

fixed with 6ed61f4407d9295cccc7c78e7fd27095ab304394
not sure why undo/redo commands is not redered yet , created bug 342650 for that.
