File path form RSE  file system in Filter string field on Properties view is corrupted 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new cnnection to some remote system contains Hebrew names resources.
2. Open Properties view and select some file contains bidi string

Result:
Complex expression of file path in Filter string field is corrupted.
