The current MPC is currently not compatible with a multilingual server. MPC should send to the additionals parameters like os and runtimer-version also the value of the osgi.nl property.

Not a regression. Up to this point, nobody asked for this information on the server. But it makes sense in my eyes to let the server provide localized content.

Tom, here is a proposed patch that passes on the osgi.nl property to the marketplace server. Would is work for you?
