When viewing the report that contains 8 or mor pages, I am unable to print the complete report as an html document.  The printed document only includes the first page of the full report.  However, I can print the document as a pdf.  Moreover, after printing the document as a pdf I can go back and print the full document as a html document. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Render a report that is 8 pages or more.
2.  Print the report as an html document.
3.  Printer outputs only first page.
4.  Print the report as a pdf document.
5.  Printer outputs full document.
6.  Print the report as html document.
7.  Printer outputs full document.

Can not reproduce this issue with BIRT 2.5.2 RCP designer release.

My steps: 
1. Create a simple report that has 9 pages.
2. Web Viewer preview.
3. Choose "print report" in web viewer preview dialog -> choose "HTML format" -> Click "OK"
4. Choose "print" in the next printer dialog
5. All 9 pages were printed successfully with correct contents.

The simple sample report was attached.
