After the addition of the Javadoc Examples tests, the JAXB Test suite has started running out of memory on the nightly build machine.

Our JAXBTestSuite should be split up into multiple smaller suites in an attempt to manage memory better.

- Removed JavadocAnnotationExamplesTestSuite from JAXBTestSuite
- Added JavadocAnnotationExamplesTestSuite as a separate include in build.xml
- removed Generator variable from JAXBTestSuite as it is not used anywhere
- Nulled out additional JAXBTestSuite variables in tearDown()
